The 2,000-square-foot single story home was designed with both refinement and resilience in mind. Thoughtfully integrated infrastructure including high-efficiency heat pumps, ERV air exhange units and summer sun shading support year-round comfort within the tight envelope of this home.

Throughout the project, the focus remained on creating a home that feels grounded in its environment — contemporary yet quiet, highly functional yet deeply connected to the natural beauty of the Catskills landscape.
