This total renovation of a Kingston, New York older home while honors the character of the original structure while thoughtfully reimagined the home to better support modern living. Without increasing the home’s footprint, underutilized spaces were carefully transformed and the kitchen was relocated to the heart of the first floor improve flow, functionality, and connection to the surrounding living spaces.

An existing screened porch was renovated into a light-filled three-season room. The one-story rear addition was renovated into a flexible office/guest bedroom and bathroom.
