Mill House

Breathing new life into history.

Built on the site of a historic mill, this new residence was inspired by the architecture that once occupied the property. Research into local mill buildings informed the proportions, rooflines, and window design, while the original water wheel, sleuth way and gearing were carefully restored with the help of local craftspeople.

The project balances historic authenticity with modern living, preserving an important piece of the site's history while creating a comfortable contemporary home.
