Midtown Kingston Renovation

Sometimes the best renovation is simply putting the pieces in the right place.

This complete first-floor renovation was less about adding space and more about reimagining how the home functioned best. The original kitchen sat tucked away at the back of the house as a pass-through room. By moving it to the heart of the home, we created a bright, welcoming gathering space with beautiful views from its hillside setting.

The former screened porch became a light-filled three-season room, bringing the outdoors in and transforming the year-round experience of this home.
